I need an amazing and reliable virtual assistant to help us with our daily/weekly/monthly tasks and operations.
We create online digital products and software businesses in a startup remote environment and we’re looking to expand our team.
The job includes:
- Admin and team support
- Data entry
- Web research
- Customer service
- Take online screenshots and compile as a file
- Uploading, downloading videos
- Transcribing audio and video
- Creating and arranging files on Google drive
If you can do simple graphics and video editing, that’s a plus, but not essential.
You will work with minimal supervision, manage your own time effectively, and maintain control over your role and responsibilities.
- You must have a fast and reliable internet connection
- You should have your own laptop/computer to do your tasks
- You should have knowledge in using Google Drive
- You must be able to work well with the team
- You must be flexible, detail-oriented, hardworking and dependable
- You should be able to multitask on multiple projects at once
- You should also be fluent in English with good written skills
