This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week. YOU WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN DAVAO - as you will be joining our team in our homely office in Davao (Matina).

WHO are we?

We’re a New Zealand based e-Commerce company and we’re mad about everything to do with the sea. We sell fishing, boating and diving gear and other cool outdoor stuff.

WHAT will you be doing?

Your main responsibilities include working one-on-one with our customers via email, online chats and phone calls to assist them with their orders or their shiny new toys (our marine gear!).

WHAT we are looking for?

- You have previous customer support experience
- Love working one-on-one with customers
- Possess rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles (some "special" customer require rare people skills :P)
- Empathy is your middle name
- Able to efficiently manage multiple activities and tasks at the same time
- You are female
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
