Empowering Events, an Australian based service company is looking for an Accounting or Finance Virtual Assistant to provide support for one of our AUS based client for a Full time position
Prerequisite: (once handed over to the client)
During the first month - first two weeks
Monday to Friday
10.00 AM to 2.00 PM (20 hours) per week for training – this will be paid by the client
Working Hours: (post the first two weeks)
Sunday to Thursday
12.00 PM to 8.00 PM (40 hours per week) – the start of normal working hours
Note: Perth has the same timezone as PH
Main Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting or financial transactions
Bookkeeping
Checking financial statements
Creating reports, presentations
Managing
Providing excellent customer service
Other tasks as required but not limited to:
> Back end support during events
> Looking through statistics and Social Media
> Some Admin tasks
Requirements:
Experience as an accounting VA or bookkeeper or any relevant role
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge in Xero and Square is a plus
Strong internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher (wired/WIFI) - SPEED TEST required
A reliable desktop computer/laptop, headset, and webcam
100% availability with no prior commitments or side business
