JOB OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator is responsible for collecting the required information from our clients in order to get the project into the studio schedule on time. This role reports to the Studio Manager..

The Project Administrator is a pivotal role to the studio as it will ensure accurate schedule forecasting and will ensure that projects start on time and will allow the Production Manager to see any bottlenecks in the studio schedule.

Knowledge of architecture and architectural visualisation is essential. To be effective in this role you must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to understand technical Architectural drawings.


Skills Required:

- A BA degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Architecture will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication skills to a wide audience and a variety of clients and the ability to adapt the message accordingly.
- Ability to simplify the reasons why we require a full package of architectural information.
- A solid understanding of technical architectural drawings and specifications.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a fluctuating workload.
- Ability to multitask and switch from project to project.
- Ability to effectively adjust project timelines and experience working on project pipelines.


Main Duties:

- Contacting clients directly to collecting all required architectural information to ensure projects go into the studio schedule on time and run smoothly through the studio.
- Managing a fluctuating workload and effectively prioritising ad hoc duties.
- Working in collaboration with the Associate Studio Manager , Production Manager and
- Administration & Client Manager to ensure a streamlined process and that the Rolling Schedule is updated correctly.
- Communicate effectively to multiple external consultants including architects, property developers and creative agencies to request required information.
- Communicating studio bookings with clients to ensure receipt of appropriate information to allow their projects to start on time.
- Communicate the implications of information delays to clients in relation to their project timeline.
- Enter client information into studio CRM and populate project pipeline and forecasting tools.
- Effective handover of projects to dedicated project managers once a full information package has been received.

This role requires you to work on Australian time from 9pm-5:30pm
