Team Manager "Virtual Assistant"

We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager of Virtual Assistants to join our team.

Our ideal candidate needs to :
- Have strong leadership skills
- possess excellent attention to detail
- Have hands-on experience managing Team and Virtual assistants
- Flexible in Timing

Requirements:

Demonstrate a masterful understanding of the Shopify platform and tasks related to Ecommerce Business, as :
- Products Research
- Uploading products to Shopify
- Preparing & Sending Order list to the supplier
- Fulfillment of orders
- Checking Tracking ID and delayed orders
- Checking Emails (Customer care)
- Checking Reclamations of Customers
- Familiar with ( Shopify platform, Google Sheet, Asana)

Responsibilities:

Managing team
Resolve Issues and Roadblocks
Ensure Smooth Operations
Supporting Team with training and development activities
Monitoring team performance to ensure objectives and daily tasks are met
Providing a daily report


Experience :

Managing Team: 2 years (Minimum)
