Structural Engineer Help Needed! (Pre-Fabricated Engineering Design)

Hello! For most of the projects I have (For sunrooms and patio covers) We have pre-engineered packets that just need the design parameters selected inside. I need an engineer who can go through these packets and fill out the correct settings.
Each packet should take about 10-20 minutes to design. I need someone to handle these for me as I am getting busier.

With each project there are mains details and design sheets to go off of, but this is what the packets look like.

As time goes on, I will have more and more packets (6-12 per month)
Currently right now I get about 2-5 per month.
