I need someone to compile a spreadsheet of all the drug and alcohol treatment centers in USA.

This list will include all hospitals in USA.

This list will include all private treatment centers in USA.

This list will include all therapists in USA.

This list will include all interventionists in USA.

And more.

I need the spreadsheet to contain the name of facility, the contact phone number and person to contact that handles substance abuse (if possible).

The timeframe to complete the job is 1 week. I need to have daily updates - the spreadsheet will be a google doc - so I need to see daily progress.

The pay for the job is $200.
