Experienced QuickBooks Online BookKeeper Wanted - Stable and Exciting Role

We are a fast-growing e-commerce children's publishing company based in the UK

Our brand stretches across multiple countries. We are looking for a passionate, trustworthy, accurate and experienced book-keeper to join our team.

You will be given a lot of responsibility plus some training on of our transaction processes. Your job is to record, track and manage our income and expenses using the QuickBooks Online accounting software.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

-Manage e-commerce payment reconciliation with "Shopify" using the app "A2X"

-Manage expense feeds through the "Receipt Bank" app

-Record income and expenses and match them to original records.

-Manage bank feeds

-Reconcile bank statements

-Prepare books on a weekly basis

-Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns (UK Tax Conventions).

-Prepare all figures for the end of year accounts.

You must have excellent command over both written and spoken English. You should have extensive experience in QuickBooks Online as this the software you will be using. You should also be fully familiar with UK accounting and tax conventions.

You can work from home but will need to work in the British time zone on some days for meetings, but not always.

You will start with an entry part-time rate of $100 per month (for approximately 5 hours per week) for the first few months then after you are performing well we will increase your salary and hours over time and give bonuses.
