Candidates must be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard practices. You will be detail-oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests and/or issues quickly and effectively. Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written. Will learn our product offering in a timely manner and impart both products and service knowledge in a customer-friendly way which signifies an ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
We are looking for individuals that have remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Well versed in all the Microsoft Office suite
Additionally, be proficient at:
• Phone,
• Excelling at balancing multiple tasks within independent, self- starting environments while providing top-level organization and communication skills
• Assertive but polite when it comes to product or service endorsement
• Successful completion of projects involving research and preparation of reports for management
• Multifaceted liaison with senior management and client
