QuickBooks Expert (CPA preferred but not required)

Our company is based in greater Seattle area, looking for QuickBooks expert. Successful candidates must be self-motivated, fast learner, well organized, and detail oriented. Good understanding of accounting lingo (i.e. debits, credits, assets, liabilities, shareholders equity, cash, accruals, journal & adjusting entries, et al.).

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Accounting Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Minimum 1 year QuickBooks experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification highly desirable and preferred
- QuickBooks or other online Upgrade to see actual infosktop and Online versions proficiency, including bank feeds, reconciliations, A/R, A/P, monthly financial statement preparations for various industries, income statements, balance sheets.
- Microsoft Excel experience, and familiarity with cell formulas
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Excellent communication skills to support clients
- Willing to work 40 hours week full-time position
