I'm looking for an awesome General Virtual Assistant to help me manage the day-to-day work by staying on top of the task management system, uploading blog posts to WordPress (including formatting etc), taking high quality screenshots, researching YouTube / podcast guests, researching and writing down quotes, repurposing video content into quotes and short snippets for social media, scheduling social media posts using Later and Tailwind etc.
General skills required:
- Excellent English reading and writing skills

Daily Tasks
- Upload blog posts to WordPress and format the content so it looks great (including images, boxes etc)
- Proofread/edit blog posts when needed
- Source high quality images and screenshots for blog posts (including doing annotations like arrows and things like that)
- Schedule social media updates in Later and Tailwind (to Instagram and Pinterest)
- Check e-mails and reply to all e-mails that don’t require my response
- Archive any newsletters that advertise a product or service
- Delete spam messages

- Create basic quote graphics for
- Transcribe audio/video (by uploading to transcription service [otter.ai] and proofreading)
- Watch and make recommendations on content to extract from longer videos
Weekly tasks:
- Research background on podcast / YouTube / virtual summit guests and take notes
- Research and write down inspiring quotes from Instagram and from around the web (following our instructions)
- Write show notes / optimized YouTube descriptions for YouTube videos and / or podcast episodes (using provided template)
- Basic keyword research for optimizing search results on Google, YouTube, etc.
- Writing captions/descriptions for certain social media posts
- Tag and upload videos to Youtube
- You upload video transcriptions to the respective videos on YouTube
- Create a broadcast in ActiveCampaign
- You enter data into the CRM (Active Campaign) and into Notable and/or Google Sheets
Quarterly tasks:
- Transcribe new YouTube videos and upload transcription
- Go through the blog posts on my website to fix missing images and broken links
- Research competitors’ products/content and compile a report on them
- List improvements for processes and systems
Ongoing/Revolving Tasks
-Clean up old database: filter spam, unsubscribes, etc
-Create playlists for all current YouTube videos
-Follow up on undeliverable mail: call people to get correct addresses (if possible) and update in database
-Online research: research experts, sourcing gifts, conferences, venues, etc.
