Order Fulfillment Support, Inventory Management, and Amazon Product Research

I am looking for an all-new employee who is willing to work full time on an all-rounding position. Below are the details for this position. I am looking for an organized professional that can support the order fulfillment team to process orders on gap days, evenings, and emergencies while furthermore managing Amazon Inventory and Amazon Research with a suite of tools that I will be overjoyed to teach. We will be processing orders from a varied range of suppliers in the pursuit of team expansion and inventory expansion.

This job will require you to remain in a constant flux of learning through custom made modules, thinking outside of conventional means, learning these suppliers' websites inside and out, & responsively adapting to the ever-changing category markets that is Amazon and online E-commerce. This position is always changing week by week so if you do not like change, this is not the position for you. I would like to find someone who is extremely eager for this task and is good at communicating with Upgrade to see actual info an environment where there are many factors and attributes changing, it is even more important to remain responsive, vigilant, and accountable.

The position will be full time (40 hours per week) and paid on a monthly salary basis. This means that your payment will be disbursed once per month after the month’s work has been completed via PayPal. The pay for this job is $300 / month ($1.9 per hour). I would first like to have a trial 2 weeks to see how well you are able to communicate and see the speed you work at, this position requires you to be avidly diligent and fast-paced. Once the 2 weeks is up I will let you know my decision and if I find your work is impressive I will hire you full time, if not, I will provide you with pay for the time of the trial period and we will part ways. If hired, I will allow you to select your own hours! This will be set before you start working and if you would like to change them, it must be approved by me. This does not mean you can change what time you want to work every day or every week, I will allow you to set them at the start.

The only requirements I have for this job are:

That you are ready and able to openly absorb information via videos that I will provide to you at the same time being completely capable of learning on your own. The position is not only about following the rules and guidelines but about being able to perceive opportunities where others have overlooked and have yet to be discovered. I do not want an employee that conformally follows my exact instructions and then clocks out. I would like you to become a seasoned professional in full control of your task load and capable of pivoting when the day needs you to.

I cannot stress enough how important communication Upgrade to see actual infomunication, Communication, Communication. Do you have a question? Ask! Do you have another question? Ask! Do you have to ask the same question 3 times before you completely understand? Ask! That is what I am here for, to help you learn and completely understand everything you need to succeed. My goal is to answer any questions and help educate you as much as possible, the more you know, the more listings we have, and the more the business grows and the happier I am. So do not be afraid to ask more and more questions.

I need a staff member I can rely on. Someone who will always be working when they say that they are, and will take responsibility for all of their actions. Two things I cannot tolerate are, no communication & not showing up when I need you. You will need to have computer skills, being capable of taking screenshots, creating SOPs, copy and pasting, basic math, experience with Google Sheets, a fast computer with Windows 10 operating system or above, and a fast internet connection! If you do not have experience in Amazon, Inventory Management, or Product Research that is okay, as long as you EXCEL in the requirements above - Ability to learn, Communication, & Reliability. If you do in fact have experience with Online Suppliers mentioned or relative to them, Amazon Product Research, or Inventory Management within Amazon, this is a BONUS! And I will be more likely to consider your application if you provide me with detailed information on your experience in the aforementioned duties. If you have ever worked for Amazon that is a plus as well.
