Technical Support Engineer/Customer Service
We are looking for someone with experience in technical Customer Service to ensure virtual machines are running properly and interface with clients to answer questions and help with any tech support. VA Must have experience working with Virtual machine software development, Windows 10 Pro., MS Azure, Hyper-V machines.

Requirements:
• Virtual machine software development experience is a must
• Windows 10 Pro experience is a must
• MS Azure experience is a must
• Hyper-V machines experience is a must
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to come up with creative solutions
• Follows direction closely, yet able to understand and capture the intent behind imperfect instructions due to general business acumen and adapt to provide the best outcome; communicates proactively when instructions are unclear.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills

*This is a US-based position and you must be available during typical U.S. working hours (PST) depending on the assignment to facilitate meetings and communications.

• A Newer PC with two monitors (laptop would not be suitable for this role) in a dedicated workspace in your home
