Experienced Property Manager

We are a premier Real Estate Investment company in Texas looking for a leasing agent and property manager who excels in sales and customer service.
Has to be fluent in English and proficient in communication skills both written and oral.
Have at least 5-7 years of customer service experience and dealing with tenants and leasing activities.
Must have 2-3 years experience in working with a property-management company
Must know how to use social media marketing to attract tenants
Must have high speed internet connection and access to phone via what's app
This is a sales position so you should be comfortable with attracting tenants to our properties using various marketing channels
Commission is 50% of one months rent for each property that you lease.
