Sales Copywriter VA Needed to Write Product Descriptions THAT SELLS

I run Shopify dropshipping stores and I want to create e-commerce brands. I am hiring an experienced marketer for a long-term position who can write product page descriptions for a wide range of products in a persuasive manner, with words that make people buy.

You will be given video tutorials and examples of what kind of results I want.

# Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

# Tasks:
1) Understand customer needs, desires and problems from amazon reviews -> benefits they get from buying the product and the pain points that buying the product will solve
2) Write down persuasive product descriptions using emotions
3) BONUS tasks for those who can (not required but it's a plus):
Image editing for the landing pages design
Write FB ad copy / Create video ad script / Video editing for FB video ads

# Requirements:
*Perfect English writing
*Expert Copywriter at driving SALES (extremely clear and concise writing, easily understood)
*Ability to distinguish between features and benefits
*Must have a growth mindset, willing to learn and expand your skill-sets over time
*Daily reporting and accountability - a quick email at the end of each day summarizing what you worked on and any progress or problem
