We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to grow, engage and inspire communities that are relevant to one of our new brands- HydraGun™.

Help us grow and lead our HydraGun™ team in establishing HydraGun™ as a reputable and profitable sports recovery brand in Singapore and the USA.

90% of our team works remotely. We are based in Singapore and you will be mostly be managing and working with teammates from around the globe.

Our ideal Social Media Specialist will relentlessly find creative ways to engage, influence, grow and inspire our active and enthusiastic communities: developing our brand voice for social, pitching content ideas, building editorial calendars, cultivating and growing influencer relationships, and actively monitoring/participating in online conversations to build brand visibility, engagement and ultimately drive sales.

?Where your expertise is needed:

You will develop the voice of our brand across our social media platforms

Execute weekly/ monthly social media and content calendars

Own the editorial calendar, and be the hands-on expert with publishing and analytics tools to make strategic content recommendations, based on performance

Find suitable influencers on TikTok / youtube/ IG for HydraGun™

Grow social media following, while engaging with the community, with a unique content experience that brings the HydraGun™ brand to life

Identify opportunities, activations, influencers, best-practices, and emerging tools to scale company objectives

Develop copy and content for social media, weekly newsletters and editorial stories, meant to engage our clients, followers and brand partners

Ability to craft creative content, and identify compelling visuals, that aligns brand storytelling with consumer-centric initiatives.

Work with the Marketing, eCommerce, and Design teams to develop content and increase brand awareness.

Key Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in curating social campaigns for brands (not dropshipping).

Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communicator with all levels of the organization, with engaging social skills

Track record crafting and maintaining a consistent social voice

A deep passion for creativity and creative pursuits in photo, video, art/design and fitness space

Experience crafting and maintaining an editorial calendar and working cross functionally to evolve it

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables

A background working with global teams a plus

Working knowledge of motion graphics and design desired
