Product Lister

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about growth and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Bay & Chay is a company that grows people from within. All Product Listing Executives will be cross-trained to take on dual-roles- with on-the-job training to be our Customer Happiness Officer.

Duties:

-Craft good sales copies and product descriptions

-Research and understand the target audiences' purchase mentalities

-Source and confirm product supplies

-Create product listings via Shopify

-Curate product photos and reviews

-Create GIFs & edit product photos

-Proofread product pages

-Improvise on listings in any way that helps to increase sales conversion

-Able to adapt and learn to new listing methods and strategies

-Liaise with suppliers and our fulfillment team

-Switch hats and perform Customer Happiness Officer duties when designated

-Handle overtime when the company has an influx of products to list

-Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated


Requirements:

-Have a good command of English

-Minimum of 2 years experience in product listing for an e-commerce business.

-A huge plus point to have experience in Shopify

-Proactive personality and self-motivator.

-Able to be a team player with problem-solving skills.

-Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our company's product offerings and advertising angles.

-Good Microsoft Office applications skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly

-Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

-Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
