We Need Customer Service / Sales Representative to handle customer service duties, accept calls from clients, make calls, manage emails, chats and our social media accounts.

Requirements:
1. Fast and stable Internet connection - 1.5Mbps upload speed or more (cannot be wireless nor through a data card).
2. You can use a desktop or Laptop with at least 2.2ghz processor and minimum 8gb of ram installed.
3. Available 4 - 8 hours a day Pacific Time Mon-Fri from 6am - 6pm, and 8am - 5pm on weekends.
4. CS phone sales for min 1 year
5. Excellent written and communication skills.
6. Backup electric source and internet in case of emergency such as ISP downtime and Power loss / Interruption
7. USB type Headset with a very good noise cancellation feature
8. Conducive place without any background noise such as babies crying, dogs barking, on-going construction, roosters, etc.
9. Have a back up PC in case your primary computer would encounter issues.
10. Must have good experience with spreadsheets (Ms Excel)
