Customer Service Representative-*Night Shift*

WORKING HOURS: **NIGHT SHIFT** 9:00 PM-5:00 AM Monday-Friday, local Philippines time.

JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be the customer service representative for three e-commerce businesses. You will be required to answer all phone inquiries and emails, providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate will work with the e-commerce business owner to maintain and to serve customers.

ABOUT ME: I am Vietnamese-American currently residing in Saigon, Vietnam. You will work virtually with me online using Skype, Trello, Gmail, etc. I am looking to grow our team to about 5 team members.

*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:
Basic-level English
Good customer service
Honesty
Basic computer skills
Work to get the job done
Familiar with email, Google Docs
Familiar with Shopify

*REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Laptop computer with reliable wifi
External computer mic and head phones

*JOB TASKS:
Answer customer phone calls and emails
Process orders by forwarding to manufacturer
Maintain accounting records/payments
Support the owner by completing other business tasks and requests
