Telephone Sales

Telephone Sales - True sales professional not a customer service or order taking background. You will be making calls to people to offer to either buy their property or sell property to them.
Excellent spoken English and very good written English skills with a neutral accent are required. (You will audition for the job to determine if your English and accent are good enough)
You must be a great communicator and be willing and able to create rapport and build a relationship with the clients and potential clients quickly on the phone
Must be a "Sales Assassin" on the phone
Skillful Negotiator
Honest with integrity and truthful
Be Teachable and adaptable
Be willing to follow instructions
Real Estate Knowledge and experience is a plus but not required if you are willing to immerse yourself in learning the language and processes of real Upgrade to see actual infotail oriented and willing to make accurate, thorough and complete notes.
