JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking someone to manage my customer service.

Here is what a typical day looks like:
- 10-15 customer service emails
- 5-10 live chat requests
- 5-10 phone calls

I'm seeking someone who can assist customers and prospective buyers with their questions and orders. I am willing to train and will request that you create a training manual as I train you so that you can look back on it if there are any questions.

Job Requirements
- Handle email queries for pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale assistance
- Order change, cancellation, exchange/refunds in line with store policies
- Receive inbound calls and answering customers queries and requests
- Make outbound calls for order follow-ups and for sale marketing
- Live-chat presale consultations and after-sale assistance

The business I run sells Upgrade to see actual infoly, hoverboards and scooters. I sell these products and also parts for them. Customers will ask technical questions on a regular basis so you must be able to learn/familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of the parts I sell.

Our website uses Shopify so experience using that is preferred. If you are not familiar, that is okay. You can just make notes for me and I can update the site. Here are some domains you would work on to start:

Customers will continually ask about parts that we don't sell and ask about compatibility. I will train you on how to approach these questions. You will also be required to make updates to our website at times upon learning new information about certain parts from customers. There are many times the website will need new information or updates added to Upgrade to see actual info addition to helping the customers, you will be presented with opportunities to make suggestions to them and sell them products. This will also be part of your job. For example, if a customer isn't happy with the price of a part you would take the opportunity to sell them a new hoverboard instead. Many people would decide on this option instead of fixing a used product with an expensive Upgrade to see actual infomon Apps/Software I Use (in order of most used to least used):
- Gorgias
- ManyChat
- WhatsApp
- Shopify
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- ShipStation
- Slack
- Amazon Seller Central
- Upgrade to see actual info
- Bonanza
- Etsy
- Other marketplaces (OfferUp, LetGo, etc.)

This is a part-time job and should only require 2 hours per day in total. You will be trained at first then will be expected to work autonomously as customer service requests come in. I will be available for questions 75%+ of the time via WhatsApp.

There is an opportunity for growth working for me. The work will be spread across the day just as with any typical customer service job. Customers must be replied to within a reasonable amount of time. Live chat responses should be instant, and email responses should be within 30 minutes.
