Core Job Functions:

Create and manage an active pipeline of prospects
Execute on marketing activities such as: profiling, prospecting, meetings, needs analysis, and CRM tasks
Close business, meet or exceed goals and quotas.
Be an expert in all our products and service offerings

Who We are Looking For:

MUST have 2+ years prior lead/marketing success and possess a strong hunter mentality
You have created a successful lead generation strategy, profiling, and prospecting campaign that leads to closed deals
You are someone who has a desire for a high commission driven income
You have the ability to own the role with an entrepreneurial drive, and don’t need a lot of hand holding
You are someone with well-developed interpersonal skills, including listening, written, verbal and presentation (verbal and written) skills.
You are a highly organized individual with good time management skills, and a willingness to persevere
