Ecommerce (Amazon FBA) Specialist for Home Decor Company

We operate a home decor company selling primarily on Amazon FBA. We were founded in 2018 and currently offer two dozen products, with plans to launch a dozen more in the coming months.

We are looking for a dynamic, eager, and detail-oriented individual with excellent English skills to join our growing company. Must enjoy and be eager to learn about eCommerce and Amazon FBA. Needs to be a go-getter who can accomplish tasks and goals without clear, prescriptive instructions. The individual should aspire to expand their role over time into more complex tasks with greater responsibility.

Below are the key starting responsibilities:

1. Act as positive face of company by answering all customer emails and messages.

2. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory levels.

3. Create/coordinate shipments from China and local warehouse.

4. Monitor product listings.

5. Manage customer reviews and feedback.

6. Monitor keyword rankings.

7. Coordinate initiatives to improve rankings, reviews, SEO presence, expand social media presence on Pinterest and Instagram etc.

8. Miscellaneous tasks to be done weekly, monthly and as needed.

9. Propose new initiatives and ideas to grow the business.

Requirements:
1. Direct Amazon FBA experience is preferred but not required. However, MUST be willing and eager to continually learn through videos/courses.
2. Must be resourceful, independent and know how to find solutions to problems by using Google and other resources.
3. Must be comfortable with having time tracked through onlinejobs or timedoctor.
4. Must have stable internet and electricity.


Next steps:
