Project Management

Your role will be the project manager ensuring projects are delivered with timeliness, quality, and costs. You will manage the flow of communication between the client and team making sure project costs are communicated and managed according to specifications, communicating timelines with clients and teams, as well as file transfer handling. You will also review work and ensure it meets client specifications and gets on calls with clients when necessary.

Experience as a project manager is preferred but not required.

Role Requirements:

At least a Bachelor degree,
Excellent listening, verbal and written English communication skills,
Highly organized,
Familiarity with current technologies,
Fully computer literate,
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Sheets),
Excellent time management skills,
Solid organizational skills,
Ability to learn fast.
Problem-solving skills
Project management skills.

Role Duties Include:

Carry out tasks assigned on a daily basis, Monday to Friday (flexible hours),
Ensure projects are managed on a daily basis.
Manage inboxes and responses.
Maintain the project Upgrade to see actual infomunicate between production team and clients' feedback, files, costs, timelines etc.
