JOB OVERVIEW

Join our family! We are searching for a talented shopify management expert who is ready to work hard. We are a dynamic start-up group of family companies. We are close a knit family and we want someone to be part of our family to help grow our companies! We need a shopify management expert that is immediately available to work 40+ hours/week. We need you to help build new shops as well as take our ecommerce shops, product descriptions, and information graphics to the next level.

*DISCLAIMER: Please only apply if you are responsible, dedicated and are ready to work FULL TIME 40h / week. Also, not working for any other brands.

During the trial period we will pay $60/week but will look to increase pay rate after 90 days of successful completion of initiatives, tasks and RESULTS. We want a long term partner and we want you to be happy. You must be able to work well and coordinate with the team to create and execute campaigns to drive sales.

Your Responsibilities
Shopify Dropshipping Store Management
Create and organize compelling shopify store
Product Listing and writing SEO and compelling product descriptions
Product importing/uploading on Shopify
Product Research-- ability to research market trends but also be ready to think outside of the box. Your ideas are welcome and valued here.
Dropshipping Tools and Apps necessary to support the building and running of the online store
Customer Support
*Lots of training and support available for growth in the ecommerce space

ABOUT YOU
You must be able to manage more than one store
2 years minimum experience with Shopify or other online shops
Be assertive! Let us know what support you need and have solutions for how we can maximize results.
Fluency in English-- both spoken and written
Extreme attention to detail
High speed and stable home internet and back-up internet solutions
Must have Skype



Upgrade to see actual info Management
You will have responsibility of managing multiple e-commerce store (managing product pages, collections, images and SEO product descriptions)
-Email Support and customer service support
- Responding to Facebook and Instagram messages related to the shops
- Follow up with customers and gather reviews/feedback
- Order Refunds
-Order, Return
- Sourcing and Contact with supplier
-Order Fulfillment

RESULT Driven
Able to self manage to complete tasks and achieve productivity metrics
You must be a self starter, that is motivated. Able to troubleshoot, take initiative and problem solve along with management. Create and propose solutions independently.
Able to create and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Ability to research niches, build up and develop a new store is a must.
