Carolina Expansion Partners is in need of an excellent Transaction Specialist.

We are a very busy real estate team in the USA. We are seeking a positive and ambitious Virtual Assistant. The position requires working from 9am-5pm EST, a home based office, and a strong reliable Internet connection (this is a must).

Qualifications:
- Real Estate/Transaction Coordination background
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Honest, hard-working, results-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Committed and dedicated
- Must be detailed oriented
- Can multi-task
- Great at problem solving
- Must be computer savvy (including Google Drive, Dotloop)
- Must have a positive and can do attitude
- Must have a good sense of humor

Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Contract management
- Schedule and reschedule events
- Oversee all client reporting
- Data entry for local MLS
- Data entry for client management
- Handle client inquiries by phone or email
- Maintain calendar and scheduling
- Send out requested information to customers
- Managing Dotloop files
- Managing Google Docs
- Provide day-to-day administrative support

Experience in:
- Data Entry
- Administrative assistant
- Appointment setting
- Customer service


If hired, the first 2 weeks will be purely training -- learning the company – our software systems – learning our teams -- for 2 weeks straight until you get really great -- then you will be into a production role. If this goes well, which I'm assuming it will, this can be a long term opportunity for you. We do not like to hire, fire, re-hire, train, re-train, re-hire. We like to hire people who will stay for a long period of time.
