Shopify DropShip Store VA / Customer Service

We have a dropshipping store that is operating on the Shopify Platform in the Farmhouse Sink industry. Knowledge of sinks or construction is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone to work Full time US Hours. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Eastern Time Zone. You will get a 1 hour lunch break..

Items you would be responsible for doing:
Phone Customer Service (we only get a few calls a day)
E-mail Customer Service
Chat Customer Service
Updating Inventory on our site daily.
Posting 1 social media post a day to instagram and facebook
Placing orders with suppliers
Taking care of returns
Updating products and info
