Customer service assistant

Jostens, the largest provider of affiliation jewelry, championship jewelry, and graduation products is in need of a customer service assistant in our mid west sales office. This person will work directly with parents and students to answer questions, take orders, and collect payment. You will also work with our customer service representatives (CSR's) in our various manufacturing plants to answer questions and track manufacturing progress.
