We have a large team of Filipino and Australian staff who have been working together for about 5 years. Our exciting and growing company is in need of smart, dedicated and talented people.

What we offer:
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
-PHP 50,000 to 80,000 per month
-Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers

What you'll be doing:
-Create and design test plans to suit projects, products, software, and integrations
-Provide estimates, costings, and budgets for testing in accordance with a defined test plan or scope document
-Test and check developers work to ensure a high-quality result, and so as not to waste the time of the project manager unnecessarily
-Perform pre and post-deployment testing
-Review pre and post-launch activities to ensure they are completed to standards.
-Perform the appropriate testing thoroughly, and in accordance with your test plan
-Write acceptance tests and test scripts to create automatic tests that can be run and re-run to validate that bugs are not -introduced into existing software
-Work with the Scrum Master or Project Manager to prioritize defects and include their resolution in sprints and work schedule
-Provide inbound feedback (ranging from simple steps to comprehensive suggested feature specification) to development teams based on feedback and issues from customers
-Managing expectations about progress and deadlines to the project manager to ensure that the relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date and never let down
-Produce testing audit reports
-Create logs to document testing phases and defects
-Stay well educated around software development best practices; User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous -Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
-What we need you to have:

Excellent Written and Spoken English
-At least 10 years' industry experience
-At least 4 years working as as a tester/QA
-Deep understanding of software technology and implementation practices
-Quiet and distraction-free workspace
-Modern and reliable computer with a quality microphone, headset, and webcam for clear communication
-Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbit upload speed)
