Fulfillment Specialist & Customer Service

Looking for a fulfillment specialist to process orders for a growing dropshipping Shopify e-commerce website, and handle all customer service inquiries via email, phone, social media, and chat.

Strong creativity, interpersonal communication, and problem solving skills is a must.

Must have experience in the following:

1. Order Fulfillment
-Financial Management
-Accounting
-Calculating Profit & Loss (ensuring profitability)
-Shopify administration (fulfilling orders, updating orders, canceling orders if necessary)
-Placing orders on other websites for dropshipping

2. Customer Service
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Experience with communicating via email, phone, social media, and chat interfaces for customer service purposes
-Excellent customer service skills - must maintain high level of client satisfaction
