LARAVEL: Full Time - Start Today

I'm looking for a SMART full-time programmer who is a master at Laravel, and other new app development processes.

I have a SaaS service that is in Laravel 4 (I think), and we need to upgrade it and make a bunch of growing Upgrade to see actual infoe both:
