In addition to experience, the ideal applicant will have an eye for details, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. Someone who responds positively to unpredictable situations remains flexible with others and uses their persuasive communication style to coordinate multiple closings with our customers and title companies across three separate markets. The ideal applicant must be able to be assertive when necessary and ensure that things are moving forward correctly with each file, but also have the ability to professionally communicate with our buyers and sellers to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
Able to work 9am to 5pm central time (10pm to 6am ph time)
Must be fluent in Spoken and Written English - you will be calling buyers, sellers and other team members in the US
Pay based on experience. Advancement based on performance:
25,000-40,000 php a month ++ based on experience
With career advancement potential and additional pay increase / bonuses for the right person
