Wordpress Customization

I am looking to hire a WordPress guru who is able to customize a podcast theme I purchased called Bolden (by Secondline). This theme will be the frame for a podcast network. This is a limited time one-off assignment meant to be completed in a limited time frame.

Basically the ideal candidate will be someone with wide knowledge and experience of customizing WordPress themes. Someone that is used to meeting deadlines and someone with an understanding of how podcasts work. And someone that can work independently without being micro-managed. This work would be completed over the course of 1-2 weeks and then maybe we can work out an ongoing maintenance schedule.
