I am seeking a full time person to assist our Director of Customer service by answering after-hours phone calls, blocking reservations when needed, and receiving maintenance requests. The position is with a new, small resort in the USA.
These tasks will not take a significant amount of time, so we are hoping to find someone who is interested in being involved in project management, digital marketing, SEO, or other yet to be realized areas.
Ideal candidates must have a mindset for delivering exceptional customer service. High quality English speaking and comprehension skills also required.
Expected computer skills are the ability to type accurately with all ten fingers, be able to access specific features from our Wordpress Dashboard and use standard office software (GSuite).
This is a new position, in a new company. As such, there will be other opportunities for the employee to contribute in ways that align with their personal interests. This also means that we will be learning how best to use a VA along the way. Please be pleasantly flexible.
