ChurchMarketing.is is looking for a marketing coordinator / virtual assistant with social media, graphics, and digital marketing knowledge to complete administrative projects that are anticipated to require around 5-15 hours per week..
The work will include the following tasks:
Assisting the CEO and Managing Director with miscellaneous tasks for the business such as customizing proposals for clients, proofreading documents, etc.
Acting as a project manager to ensure work is completed from our team members on time.
Assisting with entry-level Wordpress tasks for our clients based on a written manual
The following skills are a must:
HIGH Attention to Detail - Getting it right the first time
Ability to follow through with tasks and projects without micro-management. Need someone who can take initiative and be reliable to complete the assigned tasks.
Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Hootsuite
Great communication skills via phone,
Some knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, website
Great Excel Skills
