Customer Service Virtual Assistant

We are an online education company that helps educate taxpayers on how they can lower their tax bill and not overpay the government.

We have an online education program customers purchase and we need to ensure that they get all the information needed so they can be successful in the program.

What the job intels:

1. Calling customers to confirm they got their login and password information
2. Responding to any customer support questions when it comes related to their education program they purchased
3. Ensuring all customers have inputted their shipping information so they can get sent their education material
4. Escalating any other issues to our head of support to ensure everything in handled appropriately.


We are needing a person who is able to work 9am to 5pm PST monday through friday to ensure all customers are being called and ensured they have their information they need.
