JOB OVERVIEW

This is a home-based position, so reliable internet is required, as is their own computer which is able to handle a high volume of work without delay.
A back-up internet is also preferred.

General VA duties - online, written. Duties will vary, however, will include,
- Writing emails
- Writing Articles and social media content in a variety of industries/business areas.
- Posting/scheduling social content
- Responding/engaging with online content
- Uploading information to WordPress websites
- SEO - citations and backlinks
- Online research
- General administrative duties
- Entering expenses in finance software
- Layout and schedule of email newsletters
- Creating closed captions/sub titles for videos
- Uploading videos to youtube and entering suitable SEO information.
- Sourcing suitable images
- Working with a virtual team to complete projects in a timely manner

Please note: procedures for SEO/citations/backlinks/uploading/scheduling etc will be provided as required.

There may also be some content creation work
There may also be some online promotion/marketing requirement.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I can perform ALL the tasks I outsource, so I will allocate the time that any task should take, and the deadline it is required by.
This is NOT a training position, so if the candidate is not totally familiar with the requirements, and it takes longer, the payment will still be for the specified time/amount. Of course, if the task is completed successfully in less time - the full amount will still be paid.

The freelancer is required to submit an invoice at the end of each month for work completed for that month. Payment will be made within 10 days.

Availability: Mon-Fri, excl PH public holidays.
8am-5pm (there is some flexibility to these hours)
Will be a sub-contractor.

There is at least 4 hrs allocated task time per day Mon-Fri to begin with, but I expect full time hours will be available within 2 months.

Looking to commence ASAP

** This position will be "ad-hoc" casual to begin with, however full-time may be offered to the right candidate after a time.
** Each task will be assigned a specific fee, based on the length of time it should take. If it takes longer, or you complete it faster, the rate does not change.
** The pay-rate is 84.8PHP/hr according to the length of time the task should take.
** You will be required to invoice at the end of the month for all successfully completed tasks during the preceding month, and payment will be made within 10 days.
** Only one task will be assigned to a freelancer at any time. You will become eligible for the next task once you have successfully completed any previous task.
** If a task is allocated to you, and you decline it, you may jeopardise your chances of being allocated future tasks.
** Tasks must be completed to the highest possible standard at all times.
**Inferior work will not be paid - nor will it be used. You will be given one chance only to improve poor standard work.
** As you are working as a freelancer, the "13th month" (Extra December Payment) is NOT applicable.
** You must accept these conditions to be eligible for task allocation.
