Webmaster and Google Optimizer Expert

I am looking for a website coder that has experience in Wordpress in conjunction with using Google tools to do the following:

1. Increase our site speed and performance
2. Clean up any coding and plug-ins
3. Maintain and fix any website-related issues
4. Constantly optimize website for better user experience, performance, page loads, etc.
5. Help team with adhoc tasks

Sample results I’m looking for:
• Increase our Google PageSpeed
• Increase our load times
• Increase score on web vitals

The ideal candidate is always reading Upgrade to see actual infov, Google Webmaster blog, etc. Must be:
• Well versed with SITE SPEED AND PERFORMANCE
• Well versed with Google tools such as Google webmaster, Analytics and Search Console
• 8 Years experience minimum with Front End & Back End Development
• CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress Programming, jQuery, AJAX (all the usual stuff)

Traits:
- Someone who admits when they are struggling
- Pro-active / a good candidate with good initiatives who can add value (for example: can provide recommendations to help increase visitors’ minutes in the site)
- Conversational English for communication purposes

Requirements:
• At least 10mbps stable internet connection with backup
• At least 8gb RAM computer
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
