JOB OVERVIEW

Luminary Agent is a real estate marketing company based in the U.S. and we are looking for an experienced copywriter to write our customers’ blog posts. You’ll be writing about real estate, mortgage, housing, interior design, local restaurants, things to do, etc.

You’ll be a great fit if:

* You can write excellent, well-researched, easy-to-follow long form blog posts (usually ~1000 words)
* You can research information thoroughly on the web and create content that sounds like it was written by someone who lives in the area
* You are open to feedback and constructive criticism from a content director and editor on both the quality and direction of the work
* You are organized and pay attention to small details

Your main assignment will be to write seven blog posts every two weeks, each on the same topic, but each for different cities in the U.S. For example:

"Top 10 Best Brunch Spots in Portland"
"Top 10 Best Brunch Spots in Salt Lake City"
"Top 10 Best Brunch Spots in Orange County"
"Top 10 Best Brunch Spotse in Atlanta"
"Top 10 Best Brunch Spots in San Francisco"

Job Requirements

You MUST have the following:

* A stable Internet connection
* Your own computer
* Attention to detail - each step of a procedure must be followed perfectly
* FLUENT English - this is an English-language copywriting job after all. Fluency in English is MANDATORY.
