Position:
You’re a full on solution-seeker, able to discern between right and wrong at a heartbeat – making the finest of arguments with clear details and impeccable arguments.

Salary:
$400-$500 per month depending on the experience. This is just the starting point, there will be plenty of opportunities for raises!

Type of Employment:
Full Time & Long Term

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay $100 for each week. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and I will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

Interview Process:
1) Submit your application.
2) Candidates will go through a skills testing stage
3) Successful applicants will be contacted and scheduled a Skype Interview with. This is just to get to know each other better and to ask any questions that both parties might have.

Hours:
-40 hours/week
-Able to work PST time zone (roughly 5PM-1AM PST) this is just an estimate. Happy to discuss and accommodate the hours
-Able to work 1-2 hours on the weekend

Responsibilities:

There are two main tasks to start with (there will be plenty of opportunity for growth)

1. Liaising and working on cases

I need someone that is like a guardian that guards our products. I need someone that is able to be positive and speak to people with enthusiasm and vigor, but also has the desire to get things done right and well. Being persistent is part of the mindset here, but also liking a diversity of issues, and flexible in finding solutions is also an asset. A person here would be looking to resolve issues and would keep track of the problems, working on it till there is a solution in sight.

2. Customer Service – Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries through Amazon Seller Central.

I need positive people with a customer service background who are willing to go the extra mile for customers. I have some complicated products, some are of a dietary supplement nature, so any experience with those products is a plus. You will also need to monitor customer ratings and product reviews. You will also have to respond and manage the negative ones. There may also be a need to do research in your customer service to give a good answer to the customer. We strive to have a high quality in our customer service.

Do NOT worry if you don’t know how exactly to do the above. I will provide as much resource as I could and will be very patient. You just need to be very organized, detail oriented, willing to learn new things, always go an extra mile, always give it the best you got and always challenge yourself. This may look like a challenge, but instead of just “looking” for a “perfect person” from the start, I am looking for a right person rather than just a set of skills. I can teach you those. I believe in mindset being above skillset, but if someone comes with the wrong mindset, then this is not the position for you. I’m looking for people that are hungry to grow, and have a desire to grow and would work hard for it. Having the mindset of a leader and being an owner of their task is a huge plus.

Other Details (MUST READ):

This is not a regular job post for you just to make some money and for me getting a “virtual assistant”. This is very different. I am not looking just for another VA, I am looking for somebody who always who strives for excellence, pushes for more, and never settles for mediocrity. I am looking for a reliable teammate to build the last and long-term relationship with, and to grow and make money together! This is a CAREER OPPORTUNITY, there will be many opportunities for growth, for a salary increase and bonuses! I just give you the job and expect the excellent results. Anything else outside of it is not my business (how exactly you have done it, when etc).

I believe in fair compensation and creating an environment where people can be successful. At the same time, I don’t want people that need a lot of hand-holding. I expect that people we hire are able to hit the ground running and start making an impact immediately.

I am very reasonable, fair and flexible. More than happy to provide the vacation time, sick day offs, bonuses, flexible schedule, really anything, as long it makes sense, nobody takes advantage of anybody, the job gets done at the best level, and everything is fair to everyone, I am more than happy to discuss anything.
