Website Content Copywriter

I have a WP template website that needs requires copy as part of the updating process.
For your reference the website is Upgrade to see actual info (note this is only a temp site address)

We have 4 locations with a total number of 8 units that we use for airbnb rentals. I need content the following content for the site
- About Us Section (Up to 150 words)
- Property descriptions (max 150 words per description)
- About Durham or Things to do in Durham (approx 500 words)
- About Newcastle Upon Tyne or Things to do in Newcastle (approx 500 words)
- About Flamingoland or Things to do near Flamingoland (approx 500 words)

Please note that the content must be written in UK English

Candidates Require the following skills:
- Ability to research our properties and competitors
- Ability to research areas
- Good level of English is essential
- Experience in content writing for website essential, please provide examples of your work to be considered
