We’re looking for a proactive virtual assistant to help run and manage the customer service for our Ecommerce stores and Amazon.
Your weekly tasks will include:
- Customer Service
1. Shopify Customer Support- Using Freshdesk answer customer tickets
2. Amazon- answer customer shipping and tracking information for customers
- Escalating product issues / lost items / product replacement with supplier
- Other tasks as needed
You should have knowledge of customer service, be comfortable using software such as Shopify, Freshdesk, Amazon and be fluent in English (verbal and written).
