Marketing Specialist to Drive online Sales

We’re a 25 person company, looking to hire a Marketing Specialist, we make various products and need to sell them online or through a network of dealers. Our marketing efforts need to laser focus, we need to specialize on specific campaigns and targets. This is going to be a long term position.

There are many marketing channels out there, we need to find a few that work for us and perfect them, this is where you come in.

-At least 3 years of experience in some form of marketing.
-Knowledgeable on how to come up with a marketing plan and campaigns, for various products, and industries
-Able to achieve repeatable results with decent ROAS/ROI, need to be obsessed with optimizing the most efficient campaigns
-Should be confident with the current means of marketing.
This may include Google AdWords, search and display ads, paid search/display advertising, remarketing, retargeting, email campaigns, Influencer Marketing, Facebook, other websites, a phone call campaign, direct mailing, content development, copywriting skills, amazon ads, media buys, youtube Ads.
-Experience with some of these, Adroll, Google Ads, SEO, Mailchimp/ConstantContact, cart abandonment, mail lead generation, photoshop, illustrator,

-Knows how to generate sales leads.
-Should have very good spoken and written English skills
-Should have training and experience in successful marketing campaigns.
-Ability to track results, find insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement, Google Analytics, reports
-Compile monthly reports on effectiveness, web, leads, stats, etc.
-Highly dependable, very organized, able to work independently and remotely
-Excellent client management and marketing skills
-Available to work during most of CST Time (Chicago, USA) Timezone
-(Work from Home) Remote with Reliable Computer, power, and internet connection
