JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I'm the IT Director for a mid-sized restaurant chain in California, USA. I'm looking for some help with some of my day-to-day activities. My workflow is very broad so I wish to work with someone who is personable, communicative, and can work in different areas of the internet to help me take over some tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked with Wordpress & WooCommerce in the past who also has some experience with managing Social Upgrade to see actual infomunication and a pleasant attitude are very helpful.

I work varying hours throughout the day or night, so I do not require a strict schedule. We will create a tasks list together and you can work on it at your convenience and completed within a reasonable time frame.

There are various SaaS Applications that we use to maintain the restaurant. Some are menu applications like iMenuPro or our WooCommerce Restaurant Store. Most applications are created to be consumer-facing and friendly with plenty of documentation to help you. I will make every effort to provide guides, documentation, or videos to show you how I would like the tasks to be completed.

I am currently using ClickUp for task management, calendar, and a documentation wiki.

Below are some of the tasks that you may be asked to do throughout the week.


Email
s (GSuite Gmail)
- Review emails, archive and unsubscribe from junk emails
- Prioritize emails and create tasks in ClickUp for update requests
- (FUTURE) Once more familiar with the business, schedule tasks into my workflow for the day
- Review and adjust current filters and create new filter rules as necessary

Tasks (examples) - Tutorials or Documentation with be provided
- Add/Update/Remove WooCommerce Items
- Working with a 3rd party application to reformat menus
- Working with various SaaS providers to update menus (none are very technical).

Social
- Review Facebook Ad Upgrade to see actual info
- Review Google Analytics

Research
- 3rd party applications that may assist the restaurant
- Restaurant sales promotions ideas (Google search and organize the information you find)

Again, most anything that is more than basic will be accompanied by a guide or I will upload a video of the process.
