Title Insurance Specialist

Growing Title Company looking for a VA that has experience in the Title Insurance. The company is interested in parties who are eager to learn the field and understand the ropes of the title insurance profession.

Job Functions:

Contacting Tax Departments in order to gather up to date tax information.

Contacting Tax Departments and ordering Payoffs for Lien Redemptions

Contacting Municipalities regarding water/sewer or any other utilities and ordering the payoffs.

Contacting Home Owners Association and procuring Resale Statements

Creating Spreadsheets from CD/ALTA/HUD regarding open escrow items with due dates, and providing accounting team with clear and up to date information in paying off the open charges. Also to work with the accounting team to confirm that those open charges have been paid in Upgrade to see actual infopensation will be based on experience.
