Overview:
The goal of the Virtual Assistant is to assist the management in growing and maintaining a professional relationship with our clients. This role will be successful by performing the job described.
Responsibilities: (include the following but not limited to)
- Answering Calls & Booking Appointments.
- Assigning Appointments to available nurses.
- Taking Credit Card Information over the phone from clients and to assist nurses.
- Answering
- Assisting with logistics for nurses.
- Patient Follow Up.
- Updating Contact and Treatment Spreadsheets.
- Updating System with client info & notes.
- Daily and Periodic Check in with nurses to confirm availability.
- Updating Inventory Spreadsheets for nurses.
- Customer Service Check-ins with previous appointments.
- Data Entry.
- Reports and overall updating.
- Maintaining 60 second response time across multiple platforms.
Required:
- Impeccable English Written and Spoken.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Medical Background.
- Tech Savvy.
- Extremely Organized.
Technical Skills:
- VOIP Phone Systems experience
- Experience with a CRM(s)
- Google Suite experience: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Hangouts are used on a daily basis.
20-30 Hours a week to start for 60 day contract. There will be a review at 60 days to continue full time 32-40+ hours/ week permanently. Looking for candidates to demonstrate their skills and join our team for long term commitment.
