Excellent web designer, WordPress builder and graphic designer

I am looking for a virtual web designer that will help me set up my new e-commerce venture. This will start off as a part-time position that can turn into fulltime if certain benchmarks are met. You must have Internet service, be fluent in English, and willing to show proof of previous web development work. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in WordPress is also preferred. Once page is up and running, I will need you to maintain and support the site. I guarantee flexible hours as long as projects are delivered on time.
