Software Project Coordinator (Product & Project Manager)

We are a custom software development development company based in Virginia, with offshore development resources in South Asia and Latin America.
We primarily work with startups and help them in creating innovative software products, including cloud-based web, mobile, wearable and desktop apps. We need someone who can work as a project coordinator, and be a proxy between the development and clients.
Prefer someone who have software programming background, or strong user experience background.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Attention to details
Experience in Agile/Scrum is preferred (not required)

We are in US Eastern Time Zone, and prefer few hour of overlap.
