Real Estate Virtual Assitant

Friendly, highly motivated, quick learner needed for long term customer service/telemarketing position with a real estate investment company. Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and inquiries related to available rental properties and for homes for sale. Needs to stay up to date on current listings, property features, rental rates, and locations.
Post rental listings on the business website, as well as other rental websites.
Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails from leads looking to sell properties. This requires an individual who is confident on the phone and building rapport with the caller. Information gathered will be transcribed into our CRM system.
Making cold calls to potential leads.
Proficiency in English is a must.
