Content Writer NEEDED! Part Time! (experience required!)

I am looking for an experienced content writer to help create a written manual for an online course I have created.

We have a video training program that we want to convert into a written manual to give to students as well. We are looking for someone who can watch the videos, review the slide decks, and create condensed written lessons from those.

(We are NOT looking for a transcription. We want someone who will organize the lessons in the videos down into well-written lessons.)

I'm looking for someone who can be FAST, effective, and has previous experience with content writing.
